| LOTTERY - SMACK MY PITCH UP! Like any self respecting channel with a Public Service Remit, theMessage has a Lottery that enables us to dress up some tacky ‘Entertainment’ in the clothes of charitable endeavour. Excalibur is a government sanctioned organisation that collects money from people the length and breadth of the country and gives nearly all of it to one person (like if Robin Hood had got really confused). Each week on theMessage, two members of the public get to pitch their ‘Schemes And Dreams’ and apply for funding from our Lottery foundation. You can see some of those here, but we’d like you to send us your ideas for funding too!! You can ask for money for anything you like (as long as it’s legal or at the very least ‘a bit of a grey area’). Send us your submissions which must be no longer than 1 minute in length and we’ll show the best on our website and maybe even broadcast them on the channel!! Send your submission now! |
